The largest bedroom is fitted with two freestanding large double wardrobes, and a 160 cm bed, all brand new. The bedroom opens onto the rear garden and a large 3.6 m2 (12 ft) covered terrace.
The second double bedroom has a fitted, double wardrobe and a brand new king sized bed.
The third bedroom has one brand new bunk bed and a brand new single bed with a fitted triple wardrobe.
All the bedrooms overlook the rear and side gardens of the property.
The two bathrooms both have brand new bathroom suites with a bath in each and modern fittings.
There is parquet flooring throughout the property. The appartment has a light and airy feel. There’s plenty of parking in front of the house.
The beach is only 100 metre down our road (about 1 1/2 minutes walking, with our 2 year old!).
There are two pebble beaches, with some sand and a shallow entrance in to the Sea. There’s also plenty of shade and a grassy area. The beach is approached via some man made, wide steps, (about 10) which are not steep and the beach itself is flat and in a shape of a horse shoe.
Above the beach there are 4 restaurants with sea views.There are further 4 restaurants in Pjescana Uvala, 2 of which have won National awards in Croatia. Food is typically shell and sea fish, caught locally everday, most verieties of meat dishes aswell as traditionally cooked pastas and pizzas.
Some 5 minutes drive is the centre of Pula and there is an abundance of sight seeing opportunities, including many Roman structures, as well as a vast array of restaurants, shops, Italian style boutiques, museums...
This year Anastasia, Jamiroquai and Joe Cocker are in concert in Pula’s famous preserved 1st century Arena, (colliseum), as well as Andrea Bocceli and the Royal Russian Ballet with performance of Zorba the Greek, ballet, to name just a few. Other attractions include a summer open air cinema.
Five minutes around the bay there’s the Verudela Peninsula with its casino, aquarium,small fun fair and many other tourist activities.
Also for the children, only ten minutes drive to Medulin there is a large fun fair, as well as horse riding and a sandy beach.
For those who enjoy sports Pula has many opportunities for scuba diving, sailing, cycling, rock climbing; go karting, clay tennis, windsurfing to name a few.
Ten minutes drive is the elongated Premantura (Kamenjak) Peninsula which measures 11.5 km long by 1.5 km wide and petrudes out into the sea. For a small entrance fee to the Kamenjak National Park, you can explore 30 kms of wild coastline made up of natural rock and pebble beaches.
